Tips for Your Regular Physical Activities

Pay attention to the following practical tips to achieve better effects from your physical activities:

  1. Set clear and achievable goals, which should be determined by your own physical condition, level of related skill sport skills and your area of interest.
  2. With less comparison and anxiety; but more perseverance, your dreams can come true.
  3. Add aerobic, resistance and stretching exercises whenever appropriate to improve your physical fitness in a comprehensive and balanced manner.
  4. Gradually increase the amount of exercise to allow your body sufficient time to adapt, recover, and reduce the risk of injury.
  5. When doing resistance exercises on the same muscle group, there should be an interval of about 48 hours to give the muscles enough time to recover.
  6. Stretching after warm-up exercises will produce better effects.
  7. One or two days after strenuous exercise, you should do more stretching and cooling down exercises as they can help to speed up recovery.
  8. If you do an exercise for one hour or more, drink enough water during the exercise.
  9. Joining some sports classes will help you to enhance your skills and meet some new training partners.
  10. Share your exercise program with your family and friends, and reward yourself properly. All these practices can help you to achieve your goals.
