Eligibility

Eligible organisations should be registered in Hong Kong and have substantive business operation. They should undertake to promote the project in their organisations. Building support for workforce health promotion (WHP) prgramme is an important place to start. This commitment is the foundation for any WHP programme. Interesting organisation would sign up a “C.R.E.A.T.E. My Pledge”(PDF) and return it to the Central Health Education Unit of the Department of Health.
